Extra Virgin Olive Oil

This line has a low acidity and guaranteed quality with a harmonious profile: fruity and ripe, elegantly smooth, with a subtle peppery and bitter finish.

This exclusive blend is composed primarily of the ‘Galega’ variety, complemented by a touch of ‘Cobrançosa’ for a distinctive note of freshness.

Certified Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

This variety has an exceptionally low acidity, and uses only certified organic olives.

This specific blend maintains the traditional ‘Galega’ olive as its base, providing a sweeter flavour with aromas of green apple. It also maintains a balanced and harmonious profile: sweet, fruity, and ripe, elegantly smooth, with very delicate peppery and bitter notes.

Virgin Olive Oil

At Casa Féteira, we hold every drop to the same rigorous standard and all our olive oils are produced with the same process.

But in the world of olive oil, the boundary between "Extra Virgin" and "Virgin" is defined by microscopic differences in acidity and subtle sensory notes. While these oils did not meet the restrictive chemical or sensory thresholds required, they remain a pure, natural expression of our olives and perfect for everyday culinary use.
